One person, fully in view

Dossier Check is that person. The header shows the name, what they do, their site, and a count of facts, memories, and links. Your own business can sit at the top of the list, beside the people and households you saved.

From there, one workspace jumps into the rest of Ruby already scoped to them: their hosts, their websites, their renewals, their bills, their folder, their social drafts, and the mail and calendar rows you confirmed are theirs. You do not re-filter each desk by hand.

The facts you saved

Saved Info is the catalog. Service details, contacts, and the notes you wrote stay in a grid you can read. A change you stage waits until you approve it. You can also change a saved fact by saying so in chat. That edit waits too.

Ask for a person, a renewal, a site, or a vendor you already saved, and the answer comes straight from that catalog. A longer note, when you have written one, sits under the facts.

Links group the sites and portals Ruby already knows, plus any address you add. Tap one and it opens. Contacts you attach show the phone, email, and address. Tap a phone to call, an email to write, or an address to open Maps. A postal address can be saved onto that person so later maps and alerts use it.

Photos, files, and the words you kept

Link a photo from your library, including a receipt or a picture taken near their place. Pin one photo as the picture on the dossier. Link a file from a folder you allowed, preview it, and re-link it if the file later moves.

Texts and notes you chose to keep in Ruby show who, a short snippet, and the dates. A password or recovery key stays confidential. On the phone it shows as a lock until you unlock it with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode, and then only for a few minutes.

What Ruby remembers

Recall Check browses memories across chats. You can add one or clear one without opening a thread. Tag a memory to this person and it appears on their timeline, newest date first. Saved facts stay in charge. You can turn memory off for a single chat.

Ruby’s Memory can be off, light, or full, so a quick answer uses the short facts and skips the long notes when that is what you want.

The same person on every screen

iPhone, iPad, and the browser open the same dossier from the Mac. Open their folder from the dossier and Files Check is already in that folder. The first Mac still holds the facts.
